Great stay in a perfect location

I appreciated the free on-site parking which was very convenient. The room included tea and coffee facilities alongside complimentary bottled water refreshed daily. I found the room a good size and comfortable . I ate at one of the two restaurants. The food had excellent choices. The staff was very helpful and professional, answering all my questions promptly. My room was warm and spacious with enough room for my belongings. The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city center. Breakfast was a continental option with a Nepalese twist. I was happy they provided a fridge in my room for keeping drinks cool. The food served was amazing and satisfying. The staff members were very helpful and genuine in their service. My room was quiet, ensuring restful sleep.
The mattress had poor support, impacting my sleep quality slightly.

The staff were very friendly. My room was clean and the bed provided comfort. Breakfast was good, with both cooked and continental options, I enjoyed this. The shower was also very good.
The pillows were a little too hard. The toilet seat needed mending, The hotel location is near a busy road, so there was some noise.
